Members and staff work side-by-side in every aspect of operating the Clubhouse.
EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM
The Clubhouse develops relationships with employers in the community who have employment needs and are seeking a partnership to fulfill employment positions. Staff provide support in every aspect of the job. Starting with identification of member application process, orientation process and taking member to tour site.
We offer transitional, supported, and independent employment programs to prepare our members for success in the workforce.
Socials are a time for members to interact with each other and build their support network, in a more fun and relaxed environment. Socials take place at the Clubhouse and sometimes in the community at other places of recreation. Additionally, the Clubhouse celebrates most major holidays and therefore is open for part of the day to observe those holidays as a community.
